Put It All Down

Suppose there is a small jar full of candy. If you put your hand into the jar and grab a handful of candy, you cannot get your hand out. There will be much suffering: "Ahh-I can't get my hand out!" If you put down the mind that wants the candy, then you can get your hand out, and there is no suffering. You can't get your hand out? Why? Who made this suffering? If you put down your desire and your thinking, then your hand will slip out easily. There's no problem at all.
